The Environment and Social Safeguard Unit of EASTRIP Project has introduced Grievances Redress Mechanism (GRM) to address social grievances during the implementation of the project. The GRM introduces will help to collect social problems related to the ongoing project activities and in resolving them. 

The GRM will be essential for getting feedback for the community on how the project is going on and if there are social related grievances will be addressed on time. The grievance office is open all the working hours and it can also be accessed online.
